The Space: Welcome to your brand new 2 bed, 2 bath condo perfectly located in Villas Tulum!  From the large common spaces to the wonderful pool, no expense has been spared in the quest to give you a great holiday! From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll notice the details and thought that has been put into creating this space. Decorated with local materials, every space has been thought out to make sure you maximize your relaxing vacation. The kitchen has a large stone sit-up bar, all upgraded appliances and everything you need to cook up a great meal at the end of a beautiful day at the beach. There is also a large dining table; a perfect space for everyone to sit down and chat about the memories made that day. The living room boasts a large Smart TV with with access to Netflix, a comfy futon for extra space and tons of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling patio doors.  Open them up to create a great indoor outdoor space perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.  This large terrace overlooks the pool area and has a nice breeze flowing though. Head over to your master bedroom where you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into your own private retreat.  With a king sized bed, flat screen tv and custom wooden headboard, it may be hard to get out of bed every morning!  Once you do finally step out of bed, you’ll enjoy the full master bathroom with tons of closet space, stone counter and walk-in shower.    The second bedroom is equally comfortable with it’s own queen sized bed, a single trundle bed for extra sleeping space, lots of closet space and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The paint colors and decorative artwork was specially chosen to help create a calm and warming atmosphere. A space for you to be able to unwind after a long day in the sun.  As an added bonus, the building has a phenomenal common area with a large pool and lounging area. This is where you’ll be able to cool off in the pool, soak up the sun on the loungers and enjoy a wonderful day with loved ones. You’re more of a beach person? Tulum has some of the nicest beaches in the world. Your condo is well located for a quick taxi ride to the pristine beaches with white powder sand. Choose one of the amazing beach clubs to spend your day with good food, drinks and friends/family. This condo is the perfect option for two couples or families that want space for everyone in a more private setting. Your paradise awaits!! Guest Access: Our guests will have access to the entire unit, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean turquoise Sea. Interaction with Guests: We will be available 24 hours a day to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our concierge can organize transportation, chef services, excursions, etc. The Neighborhood: Villas Tulum is well located and a short distance to the main street that takes you directly to the beach. This is a short taxi ride away, or 10-15 minute bike ride. Getting Around: Taxis are easiest for getting around Tulum. With the average price of 50 pesos ($3 usd), the cost is quite affordable. Or let us know and we can rent some bicycles for you so that you can spend your day exploring the streets of Tulum. Other Things to Note: WIFI - Please keep in mind that Tulum has a developing infrastructure. We do our best but the wifi can be spotty at times. Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC. Please notice we only provide 1 water jug, toilet paper and clean towels at your arrival, also we leave extra garbage bags at the bottom of each garbage bin, after you finish those, you can buy more at any convenience store.
