Whether you’re on the lake boating, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, or zipping around on a jet ski during summer, or gliding down the slopes of beautiful wisp in the winter, you’ll enjoy recharging in the inviting Jacuzzi or nestling at the wood burning fireplace with a movie in the evenings before you slip into one of the push queen size beds for a good night’s rest so you can do it all again the next day. ACCESS DETAILS: Ski-in/ski-out access approximately 20 yards to end of parking lot via ’Down Under’ trail. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS: Located in the Villages of Wisp Community at Deep Creek Lake. Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights. DOG BREED LIMITATIONS: Even in dog-friendly homes, it’s prohibited to bring any dog with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive tendencies. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog.
