This single level log cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas has the space for your entire family including Fido. The spacious front yard lends itself to a good game of catch, soccer or just collecting pine cones and is a great spot for building a snowman in the winter months. Stay warm with forced air heat and fireplace with insert in the living area. A soak in the hot tub is the perfect way to enjoy a Sierra sunset, after a full day on the lake kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just soaking up the sun.
Please note: rec room in detached garage includes pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, arcade, TV, bar and couch.

Lake Mont Pines is a picturesque subdivision located in the town of Arnold along scenic HWY 4 (home to the Ebbetts Pass National Scenic Byway) in the beautiful Sierra Foothills of Calaveras County at 4,000 ft in elevation. Our community enjoys the majesty of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range and Calaveras Big Trees State Park in the Stanislaus National Forest. It also includes two trailheads for the 17-mile Arnold Rim Trail allowing year-round hiking, biking and horseback riding.
