The Towering Pines Lodge is the ultimate mountain retreat, coupling spacious square footage with unmatched elegance. The great room with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows to gaze out at those stunning Sierra views boasts beautiful wood floors and a rock hearth with gas log stove. The master chef in the family will love the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and large Island that seats 5. After dining al fresco on one of 2 large decks adjourn to the rec room for a game of shuffleboard or billiards. With 3 bedrooms + 2 bunk beds in the rec room and 2 sofa sleepers there is sleeping for 12. Stay cool in summer with Air Conditioning and warm in the winter with a Gas Log Stove and Forced Air Heat.

Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association (BLSHA) is a family-focused community located in Arnold, California along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway on Highway 4. The BLSHA Community offers plenty of tranquility and adventure. Join us for a variety of summertime fun, family-friendly activities between Memorial Day and Labor Day (fees apply)
BLSHA also has a year-round restaurant. The Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, to members and their guests (including renters). The restaurant offers a seasonal menu, with a variety of innovative and fresh dishes.
