The detached bunkhouse and game room with full-size pool table, air hockey and darts is a big hit with kids and adults alike. With guest access to local pools and lakes (fees apply). Bedrooms: Bears’ Bungalow is a 2-level, 1760-square-foot home with detached 2-level garage / bunkhouse that accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. Main House: 3 bedrooms- Master w/King, 2nd bedroom w/Bunk bed (2 Twins) and Full bed, the 3rd with a Bunk bed (1 Twin, 1 Full), The Detached Bunk House: (upstairs in the bunkhouse) with a King and Bunk bed (2 Twins).
Amenities: Guest access to Snowflake Lodge and Fly-In Lake (fees apply), Wi-Fi, pool table, air hockey, darts, toys, games, horseshoes, basketball hoop, woodstove (firewood provided), electric heat, charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided)
Linens and towels included. Completely level lot and access. Maximum 12 guests. No pets, no smoking, no check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.

Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association (BLSHA) is a family-focused community located in Arnold, California along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway on Highway 4. The BLSHA Community offers plenty of tranquility and adventure. Join us for a variety of summertime fun, family-friendly activities between Memorial Day and Labor Day (fees apply)
BLSHA also has a year-round restaurant. The Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, to members and their guests (including renters). The restaurant offers a seasonal menu, with a variety of innovative and fresh dishes.
