The 70 square meter apartment is on the second floor without lift and consists of a lounge with dining area, a table for 6 people, and a relaxation area with TV. Access to the balcony from the lounge. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double, and the other with mezzanine with 3 single beds one at the bottom and the other two on the mezzanine. Full kitchen and full equipped bathroom with tub and a service one with toilet and sink. Parking space in the garage, shared laundry room. Free Wi-Fi.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
