This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath chalet is located on a quiet street in the ever popular Blue Lake Springs subdivision. The spacious back deck is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining on warm summer nights, complete with private hot tub. In the winter you can enjoy watching the snow fall from the great room while staying cozy by the woodstove after a great day on the mountain! Other amenities include WiFi, 3 TVs, cable, DVD player, darts, games, and toys. Stay comfortable year-round with forced air heat and air conditioning. Enjoy the rec amenities at the Snowflake Lodge (fees apply) which includes the use of 2 lakes (Lodge Lake and Fly-In Lake), the pool, tennis/basketball/bocce ball courts, ping pong, outside movies at dusk and a restaurant.

Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association (BLSHA) is a family-focused community located in Arnold, California along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway on Highway 4. The BLSHA Community offers plenty of tranquility and adventure. Join us for a variety of summertime fun, family-friendly activities between Memorial Day and Labor Day (fees apply)
BLSHA also has a year-round restaurant. The Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, to members and their guests (including renters). The restaurant offers a seasonal menu, with a variety of innovative and fresh dishes.
