This capacious cabin is situated right on the fairway of the 9th hole of Sequoia Woods Golf Course. With 2200 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus a spacious rec room, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The great room features a wood-burning stove, beamed ceilings, flat screen TV, and lots of seating. Adjacent to the great room is the fully stocked kitchen and dining room with sliding glass doors that lead to the large deck. On the deck you’ll find a gas BBQ, patio furniture, and beautiful views of the golf course just steps away from the backyard. Upstairs is the giant rec room perfect for the kids with multiple games to suit the whole family as well as 2 sets of bunk beds. Choose from foosball, ping pong, air hockey, or the basketball arcade game. Other amenities include Wifi and a total of 4 TVs with cable. You will also have member privileges at the Blue Lake Springs rec center (guest fees apply).

Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association (BLSHA) is a family-focused community located in Arnold, California along the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway on Highway 4. The BLSHA Community offers plenty of tranquility and adventure. Join us for a variety of summertime fun, family-friendly activities between Memorial Day and Labor Day (fees apply)
BLSHA also has a year-round restaurant. The Snowflake Lodge Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, to members and their guests (including renters). The restaurant offers a seasonal menu, with a variety of innovative and fresh dishes.
