This is a two story home that sits in the private community of Pacifico nestled right in the heart of Playas del Coco. There is a lovely beach club that is available for a small fee. This home sits on top of a hill which is why you have that million dollar view. You will need transportation of a golf cart or car. The pool is run by solar so always the perfect temperature. This a two story home that has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. There are two master suites and two large guest bedrooms. Each with its own AC and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom is very private. The home has the living and dining space on the first floor. It is located at the very top of a hill which provides you the beautiful million dollar view. The living room overlooks the pool and ocean. It does not get any better than this lovely home! You will have your own private pool and home however within the Pacifico Gated Community are large community lazy river pools and hot tub that can be enjoyed by anyone staying within the Pacifico Grounds. Also access to a beach club at extra cost. Beach Club and Restaurant & Bar. Warm your toes in the coco-sand beaches of Playas del Coco or take a dip in the ocean as the Beach Club is magnificently positioned in the middle of the bay’s crescent shaped beach surrounded by glorious rain forest mountains for which Costa Rica is so well-known. This two-story architectural delight of coastal design features a 60 seat air-conditioned restaurant and bar. Sun worshipers can dine poolside or on the beach-front lawn with snack and refreshment services at their beck and call. The Beach Club also features pools that extend forever, it seems, into the far recesses of the ocean. Please note: Non-registered guests into Pacifico community are not permitted and violates the rental agreement and you are at risk of being removed from the property. We have to register all guests to each home in this community. You cannot have visitors without them being registered in the property. Showers and bathrooms are found through the area. Please follow all pool and community rules. Golf carts are available and it is best to order immediately upon your reservation. It is highly recommended to have a car for easy transportation. You are located on the top of a hill that allows you to have unforgettable views but a car is needed. You will enjoy a private driveway for your vehicle. We can also provide a driver for you as well if you prefer not to rent a car. The living overlooks the infinity pool and the beautiful ocean. There are two master suites with king beds and two large guest rooms with queen beds. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. Pacifico also has community pools to enjoy, a children’s playground and tennis courts.
