Imagine awakening to the stunning views offered by this charming 1950’s lakefront cottage. The only thing between you and the beach are the private stairs leading directly to Lake Michigan.
All main floor living - you will find 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths to accommodate your family and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny deck overlooking your own stretch of private Lake Michigan beach.
Breakfast can be served at the roomy table located in the kitchen area or spread out at the spacious picnic table. Grab the best seat in the house on the comfy sofa and enjoy the vista or cozy up for movie night.
Four bedrooms and a sun porch offer a variety of sleeping options - master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with tub and separate shower. Kids will love the built-in bunks reminiscent of a ship cabin. Additional guest room provides a twin daybed with pop up trundle and converts into a king bed if needed and additional guest room has a queen size bed. Three season porch has a twin daybed and the best views! These bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower.
THE LOCATION
This cottage is located in nostalgic Macatawa Hills - a private gated community home to vacation seekers for over 100 years. Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented nearby and be enjoyed on nearby Lake Macatawa as well as Lake Michigan. Rent bikes for everyone and pedal to downtown Holland to enjoy a world class variety of dining, shopping, breweries and entertainment. Take a day trip to nearby Saugatuck/Douglas and experience all this artistic enclave has to offer.

This property is managed locally by Property Manager in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as emergency maintenance services.
