Kids and adults alike will love the bonus living area, complete with a built-in loft bed, cozy seating, and a TV with a VHS/DVD player for nostalgic movie nights. There’s also a quiet reading nook or office space, offering a peaceful place to recharge with a good book or catch up on a few emails. Step outside to the covered back patio, where you can fire up the BBQ grill or gather around the fire pit with friends and family, sharing stories and s’mores after a day of beachcombing and exploring. We’re committed to ensuring that Cedar Lodge remains a peaceful and relaxing space for all guests and neighbors. Please note that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the home includes a noise monitoring system to ensure respectful sound levels. There are no cameras or interior surveillance, and we simply ask that all guests enjoy their time while being considerate of others in the neighborhood. PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.
