Three more lake facing king bedrooms can be found on this floor as well as a twin daybed and queen sofa sleeper. Lower level features spacious family and game room with oversized flat screen tv and wet bar. Bedroom with 2 additional queen beds complete this floor. Built on 6.5 acres near wooded dunes this retreat offers privacy and exclusive beach access while just a short drive to both Saugatuck/Douglas and downtown Holland where a copious selection of dining options, breweries, wine tasting and shopping await.
