Our private and modern Villa is located on the border between Sant’Agnello and Sorrento in a very safe and quiet area a few minutes walk from the main square of Sant’Agnello and the main train station. The perfect location for those who are wanting to explore Sorrento and its surroundings, as it makes it very easy to organise excursions to visit the Amalfi Coast and the Island of Capri. Distance to (Sant’Agnello): Beaches: 10mins walking Corso Italia (Sant’Agnello side): 1min walking Sant’Agnello Main Square: 1min walking Sant’Agnello Train/Bus Station: 2mins walking Rione Cappuccini – 5mins walking Distance to (Sorrento): Beaches: 30mins walking Piazza Tasso: 25mins walking Sorrento Train/Bus Station: 22mins walking Sorrento Harbour: 30mins walking We also have our own professional drivers here in Sorrento, who are very experienced and English speaking, so if you’re wanting to opt for private transportation if you do not have your own car, this is definitely something we can accommodate and arrange for you.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
