For a great day trip activity, head to the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, located about 40 miles away.
At Casa Palmera, step into the main door and be greeted by a bright, modern main living area. This space boasts ample plush seating, a large TV, perfect for movie marathons, and easy access to the adjacent kitchen and dining room. Tasteful and sleek, the decor and artwork spread lovingly throughout this home tie the whole aesthetic together. Find yourself whipping up a delicious meal in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a professional gas range, a dishwasher, and gleaming counters.
Walking into the primary bedroom, you’ll be delighted to discover a large en suite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have been expertly furnished with complete comfort in mind. Other little comforts this home provides are a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
Outdoor access is available through multiple rooms in the home; step outside at any time of the day to enjoy the lovely weather. Soak up the sun on your private backyard patio overlooking the bay.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier), boat lift for owner use only

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Cable is also available.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
