This great home with awesome views of Beaver Lake and Beaver Dam is the perfect vacation home for groups and families alike! The location of this home is convenient for swimming, fishing, and boating with lake access just one and a half miles from the house. It is also just 12 miles from historic downtown Eureka Springs, where you can enjoy sightseeing, shopping, and great restaurants. For those who are traveling by air, XNA is 38.5 miles. Boat rental is available at Starkey Marina seven miles away, approximately.
This gorgeous lakefront home offers an open floor plan that is great for entertaining! The full kitchen, living, and dining area all have beautiful views of Beaver Lake from the nearly full glass wall with patio sliders to the deck. There is a large stone fireplace with a rustic wood hearth that adds warmth and ambiance on cool evenings and can be enjoyed from the dining and kitchen areas as well. The home has three large bedrooms, two of which are upstairs and have patio sliders with their own private balcony. In the walkout basement, there is a large open room with two beds. Additionally, this room has a reading loft and a great area for playing board games as well as watching TV.
