This unique, hip condo offers it all, sit back in the enclosed patio, enjoy the twinkle lights and take in the Winter wonderland outside around you. The living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with custom stonework around the hearth, comfortable seating for the whole family to gather around and enjoy the large screen 4K projector and screen. Enjoy streaming access via a Firestick or battle on the PS4 gaming station. The dining area offers dining for 6 guests. A full kitchen with upgraded appliances gives you everything needed to prepare all your meals. The separate entry mud room area allows you space to unload from the day and store your gear. The master bedroom features a King bed with TV, fully loaded home office space with monitor and task chair and access to the enclosed patio. An en-suite jack and jill full bathroom with separate vanity and tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, plus a bunk bed with queen over queen, and also a fully loaded home office space with monitor and task chair and flatscreen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a separate vanity and full tub/shower combo bathroom and plenty of closet space. The enclosed cozy patio is accessible via a sliding door offering a great hang out space with seating and daybed. The complex offers underground parking with elevator access to the unit on the 1st floor, so you can enjoy all the conveniences and no shoveling required! Located minutes walking to the Eagle Express Chair 15 lift, you can’t beat the convenience of this condo. The Aspen Creek complex offers an outdoor pool, year-round jacuzzi, and sauna. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with underground garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 7’ 1") a well as a second space available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
