A conveniently located 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo just a short walk to the Vons shopping center where you can shop, dine and catch a movie all in one place. This condo is perfect for a large family or plenty of friends looking for a roomy condo close to town! It features a full kitchen, large dining table, vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and large deck with seating and private gas grill.
The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, TV and private bathroom with tub/shower combo and large vanity. There is a second master bedroom downstairs with a King bed, walk-in closet and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and additional Twin, also with TV. The fourth, and final, bedroom boasts two sets of bunk beds each with Twin beds (for a total of 4 Twin beds). The 3 bedrooms on the lower level have access to two shared full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. The home also features additional amenities like a private washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and an outside ski locker and mud room for all your gear. This spacious unit is family friendly and also steps away from the Red Line shuttle route to take you to Snowcreek Athletic Club or the Mountain. You will also be right next to the new Mammoth Community Recreation Center with full size covered ice rink and more!
The Chateau Sans Noms complex features an INDOOR heated pool, indoor jacuzzi, sauna - great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes! There is also a volleyball court for the Summer months. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This unit has an occupancy of 10 people and comes with two outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
