The Western Promenade overlooking the Fore River and Commercial Street are also within strolling distance. Indulge your creative side at the Portland Museum of Art or the Maine College of Art, which are less accessible on foot. Relax at the Nine Stones Spa, then try one of the many breweries or bars as the evening approaches for a refreshing drink.
