Hickory Run State Park also offers additional hiking trails ready to be explored. With its multi-level living space, there is plenty of room in this home for everyone in your group. Prepare meals or brew up a perfect cup of coffee in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen which boasts a full range of stainless steel appliances. There is an option to dine indoors, or weather permitting, outdoors on the large deck surrounded by nature. At the end of the day, curl up with a good book on the sofa in front of a glowing gas fire, or stream your favorite channels on the Roku-equipped TV. Grab your favorite beverage and head out to the back deck and switch on the propane fire table as the sun dips down through the trees. Then hop into your private hot tub to melt your cares away. This home is the perfect vacation spot to make memories for years to come. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that smoking is not allowed at this property. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. A 4WD vehicle is recommended to access this home in winter. 2 Big Boulder Lake Club passes are provided for guests. Simply inform the front desk where you are staying to get your passes. Additional passes may be purchased at the club for $25 per person/per day. This property is managed by Property Manager Pennsylvania LLC. 1 dog(s), weighing 70lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
