Reel Inn Relax is a brand new three bedroom, two bathroom coastal cottage located in Ocean Reef, the newest coastal community in Rockport. There is a beautiful tropical community pool with restrooms, a boat washing station, and a pond the kiddos can fish in. The vast covered area allows plenty of parking for boats, cars, golf carts, and still leaves room for grilling and entertaining! The balcony is spacious and has views of the pool. It is a great spot to watch the sunrise with morning coffee. Inside you are welcomed by open concept living and soothing seaside decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need to whip up a meal. The master bedroom features a king bed and dual sinks in the attached master bath. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The third bedroom has a twin over twin trundle bed. Family vacation, fishing trip, or just a quick getaway, Reel Inn Relax is the perfect rental for any occasion!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
