The community boasts walking trails throughout surrounded by ponds and water fountains hosting families of Anatidae - ducks, ducklings, geese, and swans. The community also features a pool (available for guest use approximately memorial day-labor day).

Perfect space for traveling nurses - 2 miles/6 minute drive to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. 4 miles to Boise’s bustling and ever growing downtown bursting with local 5-star restaurants, shops, parks, museums, the Idaho State Capitol, and more! 4.6 miles to Boise State University and "The Blue". 6 miles to Boise Airport and less than 1 mile to jump on the I-84 to head West to Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, or East to Mountain Home, Twin Falls.
