Jianni’s Villa is a 230 sq m two-storey traditional stone villa in Vasilikos. The ground floor features a very spacious living room with traditional fireplace and furniture harmoniously embellishing the house. As you walk through the living room you reach a large fully-equipped kitchen facing the lush landscape surrounding the house with its own private entrance. The ground floor also consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a shower unit and a w.c.

Villa Yianni’s is right next to the main road and next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Banana beach. Popular destinations close to the Villa are St. Nicholas, Gerakas and Dafni. Next to the house there is a family-run traditional restaurant where you can indulge yourself in traditional dishes and listen to traditional music. Within walking distance is Logos bar with disco music and live nights as well.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
