65 Skipper Way is a spacious, modern, two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor penthouse apartment overlooking the River Great Ouse. With views from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area of the River Great Ouse and St Neots Common.
The apartment has a King-sized bedroom with an En-suite. The second bedroom is a double bedroom which has the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower, a toilet, and a sink. The apartment has an open plan concept living, dining, and kitchen space with large French doors that look out onto the river. There is a corner sofa with side tables and table and chairs for four, sideboard and Tv. The kitchen is modern with a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge freezer
The apartment is located a short distance from the A1 North or South. St Neots is around a 20-to-30-minute stroll from the property or five minutes by car where all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops are . There is a fantastic nature reserve, a nearby co-op, a doctor, a pharmacy, a Chinese restaurant, and a takeout are all located in Little Paxton. Community Hub and the great neighbourhood pub called the Anchor.
There is allocated parking under the apartment block for two vehicles and visitors parking which is on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment also comes with all linen and towels included and Bt Fibre Broadband
