Villa Morlanda

A modern holiday home accommodating 8 people which was built in 2015. The property is stone built, giving it a rural aspect from the exterior, though inside it is a contemporary house with up to date features. The house has satellite TV and Internet connection. We access the house via a spacious covered terrace comprising a large table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. Access is via a hallway with an attractive staircase. To the right is a large living-dining room with a large wooden table, a comfortable sofa and TV. Next to the dining room we find an attractive kitchen with a large table and plenty of space for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the kitchenware you will need. Finally on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 3 attractive double bedrooms, two of these with sea views. The principal bedroom has a large double bed and spacious walk in wardrobe. The other two each have twin beds. There is another bathroom on this floor with a large whirlpool bath. The fourth double bedroom is located next to the principal house and is accessed both from the outside and from the dining room. It is in the form of an independent suite comprising living room, bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with double bed and access to the main terrace. Externally there is a covered terrace and a lovely private pool with a waterfall at one side. The pool area has hammocks and a sunshade, a large gas barbecue and ample space inside the perimeter of the property where you can park a number of vehicles.
