Guest Access: Entire Property The Neighborhood: The Villa is within only 5 minutes by car from the very beautiful Orient Bay beach, activities (jet ski, kitesurf, windsurf, etc ...) restaurants and shops on the beach or on the market place. Orient Beach has been compared to the famous strands of Southern France, with chic St. Tropez frequently mentioned as a reference point.  The remaining stretch of Orient Beach is wide open and both residents and return visitors can’t escape the beauty of the bay to be back in its natural state. Wind- and kite-surfers have returned in numbers and there are a lot of sporting activities to be found. The adjacent development of Orient Village offers several fantastic restaurants at the central plaza with frequent live entertainment. The anchor beach bars, namely Bikini Beach, Kakao Beach and Kontiki Beach have been rebuild and are better than before, other beach bars will follow soon. Several of the villas overlooking the bay  provide a fantastic way to experience life on the island. Getting Around: You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Manager’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in. To welcome you to Saint Martin you are offered one complimentary arrival transfer courtesy of The Property Manager. Any additional arrival or departure transfers are to be requested, and paid for in cash directly to the driver. Please contact your pre-arrival concierge for pricing and reservations. Please note the cost of transfers vary depending on the amount of passengers. If you wish to leave your vehicle at the villa on departure you will need to consult with your rental company to confirm if they allow this, note additional charges may apply. Please remember to fill your gas tank back up so that no additional charges will occur. House Rules: • No parties or events, no overnight guests without previous approval. • No pets • No unregistered guests • One room is for 2 people • Please respect furniture and equipment • No smoking in the interior spaces • Doors should be closed when aircon is on • No unregistered visitors • Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. • If you break or damage something, please let us know in order to arrange for its replacement or repair. • Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our homes are pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help. • Return all keys and beepers • Leave the sand on the beach • Please maintain reasonable level of noise after 10pm • Please keep doors and entrances locked at night • If additional cleaning is necessary, an additional cleaning fee will be charged • Loss or damage of remote controls (TV, AC, DVD, …) will incur a $75 replacement fee • Late check-out is possible if no other guest is coming that day and at additional charge • Check-in 4pm, check-out Noon • Please use water conservatively as St. Martin is an island with no direct water source a little rainfall • Please mind small children around pool and jacuzzi areas, a mandatory pool waver will need to be signed upon arrival.
