Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This modern new apartment features a two-bedroom apartment and includes a free car park at the basement of the building. This sanctuary also boasts a northeast-facing aspect flooded with natural light.
Exuding a relaxed holiday feel around the clock. The apartment also benefits from the gorgeous greenery of Kepa Reserve. Take a walk or go for a run in this stunning green space only a 1-minute walk away.
The Space:
Our relaxing 2-bedroom is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travelers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a Kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy beds.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you soon!

The two bedrooms have brand new King sized beds and a bunk beds.
The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with lush views - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!)
There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard near the bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (95 Customs St W), which is a 17 mins drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with our housekeeping team.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 x tea/coffee, 4 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
