The Home
Village Retreat is located at the edge of the village and pier area, where the hub of activity is on St. Simons Island. We are only a one block walk to the Village shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and lively Neptune Park. Neptune Park is open seasonally for swimming, playground, picnic areas and miniature golf. Another short distance is the Property Manager Museum with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking Jekyll Island.
THE SPACE
Welcome to our charming family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathroom. The master is located on the main living area with adjoining bathroom and walk in closet. Guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and additional guest bedroom has two queen beds. Upstairs guest bedrooms share a full bath off the hall with combo tub/shower. Half bath is located at entry of the home.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Must be age 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend, guests must be age 30+ or kids with their parents, no student groups; we cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
- Property is in a quiet neighborhood, please take any noise inside after 10pm per Glynn County noise ordinance.
- This is a no-smoking property.
- No parties, events, or weddings.
- For pet friendly properties, a $150 pet fee applies. Dogs only, limited to 30lbs or less.
- Guests will be asked to sign the rental agreement.
