Perfectly suited to couples or a small family, Wye9 features stylish multiple living areas across 2 storeys, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, a rear deck and an expansive balcony that spans the entire upper level.
Walk, surf, ride bikes, cook, soak in the view or just chill out. This is not just another “holiday rental” . it is a warm, well-loved beach home and is set up for like-minded people to enjoy as the property owners do.
Reverse cycle heating/cooling and a wood burning fireplace maintain the perfect temperatures year-round.
Wye9 is about 750m walk to the beach or a 2-minute drive.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
