It is just 2km or a few minutes’ drive to Paradise Beach, which is just as its name suggests with sparkling waters and soft sand. For those who enjoy a game of golf while on holiday, the Country Club St Georges Basin course is a 4-minute drive, and there are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Enter the house (via ramp if required) into the lounge room, with comfortable lounges, ceiling fan and a big screen TV. Head through to the spacious dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop and microwave. The enormous games room offers plenty of space to kick back after a day out adventuring and leads out to the grass yard. Settle in for chilled afternoons and some family fun! There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built-in robes. One has a king bed and accessible ensuite with roll-in shower and toilet with grab bars, while the other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. In addition, the rumpus room is ideal for kids with a bunk bed and trundle. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and the internal laundry has a washing machine and ironing facilities. Secure parking is available in the single garage, with space for an additional car in the driveway.
