Take in the sparkly water views from multiple spaces through the glass sliders and wraparound balcony which overlooks the Bawley Beach Reserve. You don’t have to venture far, staying in a location this close to the waters edge!
Utilising sustainably sourced and local supplied building materials and furnishings, passive heating and cooling, the home has been designed with a low eco-footprint in mind.
Upstairs features the living, dining and kitchen areas with wraparound balcony, plus master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom with main bathroom and separate toilet.
Designed with families in mind, it allows couples to enjoy their own space with peace and quiet upstairs, whilst the kiddies can sleep and be entertained downstairs.
