Enjoy the lovely ocean views from the sundeck and upstairs living area, take a pleasant walk to Point Roadknight Beach which is kid friendly and patrolled in summer months, or head to Main Beach for a bit of surfing, also patrolled in the summer months.
You can feel relaxed knowing the children will be safe in the secured and spacious rear yard.
Ideal for 2 families, it comprises an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a second living/rumpus area for children including a billiard table and single bed, plus a third living room downstairs with an additional single bed. This is really the perfect family getaway. If you wanted to get out and about there are numerous walking tracks with local fauna to view and wildlife in abundance, or just drive the Great Ocean Road.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
