This spacious 2 bed 2 bath beachfront condo is located at On the Bay in North Side, Grand Cayman. On the Bay is one of the nicest condo complexes on the northern coastline of Grand Cayman. It has beautiful and lush tropical landscaping that is maintained daily and a beautiful beach with clean white sand. The beach is sheltered by a cove and guests can easily walk right into the water and and enjoy the amazing snorkeling on the outside of the cove. The Space: Unit 208 was just recently purchased in December 2018 and the new owners have just installed all new furniture, appliances, etc. The unit is very spacious with over 1,685 sq ft of living area including a very nice size balancony which has clear and unostructed views of the Caribbean Sea from not only on the balancony but from within the living room and kitchen. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and queen in the 2nd bedroom and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The masterbathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub and the 2nd bathroom has a full shower and tub. The complex is wheel chair accessible and has an elevator for the upper floors which is not typical of many condo complexes in Cayman, even those located on Seven Mile Beach. Guest Access: The entire property, pool, beach, etc. Pool will not be available and will undergo maintenance from June 28, 2023 to July 21, 2023. The Neighborhood: Old Man Bay is convenient location which is only 10 mins away from Rum Point as well as many other restaurants, attractions and amenities located in East End and Bodden Town. Getting Around: We recommend a rental vehicle as most things are 3-5 mins away. There are a few things within walking distance such as a local restaurant, bar, liquor store and gas station.
