This is the best spot in the building and its location at the end of the complex means it is especially quiet. It is only a brisk walk to the Cosmopolitan City Centre.

The apartment is just a walking distance to the main government departments and offices, the Canberra Centre shopping centre, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets and specialty shops.
BEDROOM:
There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with reverse cycle heating and cooling. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe spaces for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
There are 2 full bathrooms in the property.
The first bathroom has a toilet and bath while the second one has a shower, bath and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to the following:

- oven
- dishwasher
- microwave
- sandwich presser
- electric kettle
- pop-up bread toaster
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, has an awesome 65-inch Smart TV that has access to all local channels with Chromecast and a comfy wide couch that you can use.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
VIEW:
Narrow view towards Lake Burley Griffin and Commonwealth Park. There is no direct lake view or waterfront.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ Area, gym and Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Bike racks are located out the front of the property. Note that guests are to supply their own bike chain.
Visitor Parking - there is Paid parking in the car park adjacent to the apartment building.
Street Parking is $3 per hour in Allara Street and across the road.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
The apartment is walking distance to the National Convention Centre and all major tourist attractions including National Library, Australian National Gallery and Questacon. It is also near Lake Burley Griffin and Commonwealth Park.
The property is directly opposite the National Convention Centre and Canberra Olympic Swimming Pool. Also a good 7 minute walk to Casino Canberra, the Canberra Centre, Canberra CIT, Canberra Theatre and much more!
Living room: The air conditioning unit in the living room is currently not operational.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Balcony Works Project
-Scaffolding should be completed by Wednesday, April 26, and balcony tile removal will then proceed progressively from Level 3 down to Levels 2 and 1.
-Tiling will then begin on Level 3 and progress to lower levels.
-After the tiling is finished, the balcony walls, soffits, cedar doors, and balustrades will be painted.
-This project will take about 18 weeks to complete.
The lifts replacing works at the Forum have started - approximately 6 months. The building will have only 1 working lift.
