Enter a modern commercial kitchen with a steam oven, dishwasher, enormous 900 mm oven and hotplates, and stylish stainless steel benches and cupboards. There is a large pantry and two sizable storage rooms. You then proceed into your second living/dining area. From here, you may access the rooftop deck and private pool. Please note the pool is not heated. This level also contains a toilet and powder room, laundry and wet shower and toilet for use when outside. You can access the upstairs bedrooms through the spiral staircase. The enormous master bedroom has space for a desk where you can work while admiring the views of Light Square. His and hers baths and vanities make the bathroom magnificent. Huge walk in a robe. The second and third bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and built-in robes. This property offers a secured garage for 2 vehicles at $25 per car per night. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. All bookings require a $1,000 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
