This gem, a 60 square metre air-conditioned apartment in the very heart of the old town is perfect for couples or a family with a baby/ toddler or perhaps 2 friends travelling together as the Superking wide 180cm bed can split to two single beds at your request. The spacious living room looks out on to the traditional wooden Mallorca balcony, from where you wan watch the Palma street scene unfold whilst enjoying a glass of cava or wine from a local bodega.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from tapas to full meals using ingredients from Palma’s amazing Olivar market, a mecca for foodies with the best fish, vegetables, delicatessens and more sold daily.

The apartment has its own private entrance and stairs up to the first floor, and we own the building so you won’t be bothered by noise from above or below.

Located on a quiet residential street, you’re guaranteed a great nights sleep, yet couldn’t be better located, only a 2-minute walk to Plaza Mayor, 4 minutes to the famous Olivar Food Market and 6 mins to Plaza Espana where the wooden train to Soller departs. We are also super conveniently located for key shopping streets, the Cathedral (Se) and are only 750 metres from Palma’s nearest beach. You literally have it all. The spacious living room looks out on to the traditional wooden Mallorca balcony, from where you wan watch the Palma street scene unfold whilst enjoying a glass of cava or wine from a local bodega. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • No Smoking - As per above the apartment is strictly no smoking. Our cleaning service charge me £350 if they detect that smoking has taken place for an ultra-deep cleaning service, and I have to pass this fee on to you if that were to occur I'm afraid ;(
  • Security Deposit - As you will have seen from the listing, I've furnished my place with top quality furnishings and expensive equipment to maximise your enjoyment during your stay. To protect that investment, I ask that prior to or at Check-in, in addition to providing a copy of your photo ID / Passport (which is a requirement of the authorities), that you allow me to take a pre-authorisation of up to €400 on a credit or debit card to cover any possible damage outside of normal wear and tear or the odd broken cup or glass as I know accidents do happen. No funds are actually charged against your card and the pre-authorisation is automatically cancelled after you leave, once the apartment has been checked and found clear of damage. I hope you understand and can agree to this house rule.
  • No Commercial Use - My place is for domestic use only. Any commercial use without our prior written agreement will result in your deposit being forfeited and additional charges being levied.
