Apartment for 3 people, on the fifth floor of a historic building without a lift. Ideal for groups of friends and colleagues, an excellent location to explore the city on foot. Composed of living area with equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms, one single and one double. A stone’s throw from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Fortezza da Basso. Close to the main places of interest such as the Duomo and the San Lorenzo Market. Wifi connection and washing machine. Without a lift, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
