Off of the dining room and 3 of the bedrooms are glass doors leading to a large, long deck that faces the river. This deck offers outdoor dining and a gas grill. All 3 bedrooms have Queen beds. The separate suite has a living room, full kitchen, private bath and master bedroom. The suite’s bedroom faces the river and features a King bed and glass doors that lead to the deck.
The garage (accessed by exterior stairs) offers a recreation room complete with pool tables and a ping pong table, and a laundry room. The back patio is landscaped and has a spa. Enjoy direct access to the Russian River. Just walk through the gate and down the custom rock stairway, across a half an acre lawn area to a path leading down to a large beach.
