Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record but measures the level of noise and reports when it is over a certain level. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. ** We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape.
