Salty Seahorse is a beautiful, new, waterfront 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a unique Game Room with a Pool table, Wine Chiller and great Gulf of Mexico views. This home has wonderful views of the sound and Gulf of Mexico from every room. The Salty Seahorse is beautifully decorated and comes with lots of extra touches. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking for your group convenient. There is a dining table with chairs and 2 benches. The living room has a large couch and 2 chairs to relax at the end of the day. The television in the living room is a large flat screen TV. 3 bedrooms are on the first level with the 4th bedroom on the 2nd level off the large game room. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
- 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
