Southern Breeze is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Gulf Front elevated beach house with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
This family friendly, pet friendly rental is a place where you can expect to spend quality time with your loved ones while watching the waves roll in from an extra large partially covered gulf side deck (47’x16’). Southern Breeze has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc...) and house linens (bath and hand towels, sheets, etc…) are provided.
The SE bedroom has a King Size Bed with walkout sliding glass doors leading the gulf side deck. It has a 32’ flat screen TV/DVD combo. The east bedrooms have Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is shared between both rooms. The NE bedroom has two twin beds, a 22’ flat screen TV/DVD combo. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit, $100 pet fee per dog applies.
- 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
