Enjoy this VERY spacious 4/4 on the Bayfront. You will have your own private pool! Beach access is located on Sehoy and Sam Houston Side Streets. Approximately .35 miles to beach access. We will provide you with parking passes. Crab pots included! Kayaks are also included! This is a new home with modern amenities, including a workstation and good internet for work, school, and play. The home has great outdoor game spaces and a huge deck. Stay tuned for updates on a new pool. Enjoy the large combined kitchen, dining, and living areas, where you can see our famous sunsets. This house truly gives you room to stretch out, relax and breathe the salt air. The pool can be heated for $50/day. See you soon! All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;).
