A top-tier 5-bedroom Gulf-front beach house with a private, heated pool and a second-floor Game Room with a Gulf-view balcony. Island Time VI has 2 Master suites (one on the main level and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island. This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house is nearly ready! It has a unique Gulf-front dipping pool; with benches along the sides, so you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views! There is a cozy second-floor Game Room with foosball, and a door to access a 160 sq foot Gulf-view balcony. This home has a spectacular Gulf of Mexico beach location! The pool is heated from October thru April, at no additional charge.
All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet applied.
