The villa, with 346 m² distributed across three floors, offers a cosy and spacious environment for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and multiple areas for rest and entertainment. The exteriors are a true privacy oasis, being built on a platform without adjacent houses that disturb their intimacy. The private swimming pool, perfectly oriented, is ideal for sunbathing from dawn or for the little ones to have fun under supervision 🏊‍♂️. You will also find porches and shaded areas to relax, read a book or enjoy a cocktail while contemplating the spectacular views. On the lower floor, which connects directly to the porch and the swimming pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, kitchen and a dining area with television. Going up to the upper floor, you will discover an elegant dining room with comfortable furniture, television and kitchen, ideal for special family dinners. On the top floor, a distribution space with internet connection allows work tasks to be carried out if necessary 💻. From here, access is provided to two bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom and dressing room (some doors may not be accessible), and another children’s bedroom with two single beds and storage space. The villa has a garden, terrace of 20 m², barbecue, fireplace and fenced plot, ideal for those looking for a safe and comfortable environment 🌳🔥. The equipment includes air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, and outdoor parking in the same building 🚗. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals 🍳.
