Blue Bayou is a pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum Limit), 4/2 on a deep-water canal leading into Graveline Bay on the north side if the island. Tie your crab pots right to your deck for dinner! Bring your boat and launch right out of your back yard in your private boat launch. The view is amazing, overlooking the canal and then a low-lying undeveloped peninsula of natural shoreline between you and Graveline Bay, a truly peaceful and scenic perspective that will melt away any worries as you watch birds, dolphins and boats. The house is a remodeled beach house built int 1990. It has modern kitchen appliances, new and comfortable bedroom furniture and an open living and dining space, overlooking the bay. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.
