Blue Bayou

Blue Bayou is a pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum Limit), 4/2 on a deep-water canal leading into Graveline Bay on the north side if the island. Tie your crab pots right to your deck for dinner! Bring your boat and launch right out of your back yard in your private boat launch. The view is amazing, overlooking the canal and then a low-lying undeveloped peninsula of natural shoreline between you and Graveline Bay, a truly peaceful and scenic perspective that will melt away any worries as you watch birds, dolphins and boats. The house is a remodeled beach house built int 1990. It has modern kitchen appliances, new and comfortable bedroom furniture and an open living and dining space, overlooking the bay. The master bedroom has a private sitting room where you can ease into your morning, watching the world over a cup of coffee. The house is 0.7 miles from the public beach, 1.2 miles from the St. Stephens access point, if you would prefer to walk, you can take a path across protected dunes just south of the house. That walk is 0.25 miles and takes you through natural dunes to an undeveloped beachfront. The property does have a washer and dryer located in the downstairs storage room. The storage room is an unfinished space used for storage. All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
