Dauphin Pearl is a newly remodeled 5/3 on a deepwater inlet on Dauphin Island. Bring your boat! This remodeled home has gorgeous flooring, countertops and aesthetics! The rooms are large and have wonderful creature comforts like custom showers. You can really stretch out and enjoy a dream vacation. The outdoor living spaces are a true pleasure, clean and beautiful! Lots of deck space to enjoy the island breeze and the sights and a great boardwalk alongside the water. Plan on fishing, crabbing, and swimming! Easy Access to the Gulf Beach just 0.7 miles away by car and 0.35 miles away by foot.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a large shared custom bathroom with two sinks. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, including two king bedrooms overlooking the canal. The second floor has a large shared full bathroom with two sinks. There is a third half bath at the ground level accessible from outside only.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
  • 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
  • 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
  • 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
  • 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
  • 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
  • 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
  • 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
  • 9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 per dog per stay pet fee.
