Can Marianna is located in the hills of San Jordi - Sa Carroca, 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Ibiza town.

This classically elegant villa offers a spacious garden with an outdoor pool, sea views in the distance and a terrace with BBQ and two long dining tables for 12 people (one outside and one inside).

The villa has 6 bedrooms (4 of which can be made as twin rooms if needed) and 5 bathrooms, a living room with sofas, open fireplace, smart TV and internet connection in all rooms. The living room also boasts a home cinema with surround sound and Bluetooth connection. For the winter months Can Marianna has central heating to keep a comfortable temperature all year round as well as air conditioning throughout the house for the summer months, except in the games room.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
