Upon entering the apartment, a hallway leads to a bright and spacious living-dining room with direct access to two private terraces. The first terrace, overlooking the communal pool, is furnished and ideal for relaxing. The second, larger terrace is accessed via a few steps from the living room and is also fully equipped to enjoy the outdoors. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), Smart TV, coffee table, and dining table for four. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.
Next to the entrance, on the right, is the main bedroom, featuring a double bed (150 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and direct access to one of the terraces, which adds natural light and warmth to the room.
A modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower is located next to the bedroom.
The apartment is set in La Arruzafa, one of Córdoba’s most exclusive residential neighbourhoods, offering a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic city centre is only 2 km away and easily reachable by public transport, with a bus stop just a few steps from the property.
