Welcome to the Dew Drop Inn! Our traditional style, two story home boasts three cozy bedrooms on the upper level. Including a beautiful master suite with a private bathroom! With 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, designated workspace, and a fully fenced back yard, you will feel right "at home" in our home. It is a great location to get out of the bustling city of Columbia yet still enjoy all of its amenities! Midtown, the Zoo, and the University are all only 25-30 minutes away! The Space: Once inside, the home’s main level provides you with all the space your family will need to settle in! A large family room with plenty of seating options as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa is a great place to settle in and stream your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV, complete with Roku. Our kitchen contains all the basics you will need to cook a meal with family and friends. The lower level also boasts a cozy dining room, half bath, laundry, and access to outside, where you’ll find a tranquil wooded back yard with a large 2-tier deck. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, including a king master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed complete the upper level sleeping arrangements. Guests will find an additional full bathroom with a tub/shower upstairs as well. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received. Interaction with Guests: We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay! The Neighborhood: Irmo was recognized in 2018 as “One of the Safest Cities” in South Carolina” and by Money Magazine in 2007 as the 12th “Most Affordable Place to Live in the Country.” Located off the shore of Lake Murray and only ten miles from Columbia, the capital of South Carolina, Irmo was a sleepy little town of 500 people in the early 1970s. Today with more than 13,000 residents Irmo is one of the country’s most sought after places to live. While visiting Irmo, you can shop at the region’s best shopping at the Columbiana Centre Mall, or take the kids to Frankie’s Fun Park for the day. Getting Around: We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
