This 4BR, 2 full bath home is located in the Moon River District just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. Centrally located between Grab breakfast at Loc’s Chicken and Waffles before visiting one of the six historical sites around Moon River to fully immerse yourself in the Savannah Low Country. End the day at any one of the great restaurants located less than a mile from the house. Pet Friendly with fee. We hope to host you!
The Space:
The front door opens to a large open-concept living and dining area with two futons that can fold out to sleep a small adult or child, a Roku TV, armchairs, and a six-seater dining room table. Off the living room is fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The dining room has a sliding door that opens to the patio area and back yard with fire pit, grill, and full privacy fence.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
